We were delighted to be organising the Colne Christmas Lights switch on again.

 

This was a great fun family event including brilliant live music bands, lots of craft stalls around the market and precinct selling Christmas gifts and refreshments.

 

 

We organised not one but two totally amazing bands to play at the Switch On, as well as the funfair and christmas stalls for all ages to enjoy!

Reinventing all the instantly recognisable dance floor fillers from the last four decades, The Quirks delivered a rocking night with a brilliant atmosphere. And boy do they deliver! This incredibly talented and hugely entertaining band seemed to have no limit to either their musical ability or their energy supply!

 


With three highly individual lead vocalists (each also outstanding on their own instrument) and a driving, powerful drummer, The Quirks demanded the attention of their audience. Stunning voices interweaved into beautiful harmonies, skillful solos tingled the spines of even the toughest cynics, and the quirky, amiable personalities of these four performers immersed the crowd deeply into their performance.
