Pennine Events delighted with
'Best Event Management' award for 'FreshnLo Pedal for
Scotland'!
The night of
Thursday 9th September, was full of
celebration, excitement and entertainment at the
much anticipated Scottish Event Awards 2010.
The event was attended by the elite
of the Scottish events industry for a night of Hollywood
glamour to celebrate and reward the
successful events industry in Scotland.
Pennine Events work in
partnership with
Cycling Scotland to deliver this
acclaimed cycling event.
Having won awards for
Pedal for Scotland at the 2009
awards on previous
years and at the
Marketing Awards in 2009, Cycling Scotland and Pennine Events were on the
edge of their seats to find out if this popular event
was bringing home more awards this year.
To everyone's
delight Pedal for Scotland rode its
way, for the second year in a row,
to top prize at the Scottish Event Awards 2010.
Triple Award Winning Event
The event
was awarded the Event Management
Grand Prix, the overall award for best event,
in front of an audience of more than 300 event industry
professionals.

The popular annual bike ride
also received two further awards for the
Best Sports
Event and Best Event in
an Outdoor Space.
'freshnlo Pedal for Scotland'
attracted over 7000 participants last year and has just
taken part this year with over 9000 taking part this
year.
